FIT DOG Fundraising Walk!
The AKC FIT DOG Program is dedicated to encouraging staying fit for dogs and their people! The program also includes titles you can earn with your dog! This Virtual FIT DOG Walk gives you points towards your dog’s title!
This Virtual Walk is held by an AKC Evaluator and FIT DOG Instructor

ALL profits from April’s AKC FIT DOG walk go towards 4 Paw Love INC, a non-profit organization that helps maintain pet wellness in the community through care, compassion, education, and where financial assistance is vital.
How to Sign Up!
This walk is Virtual, so it can be done anywhere and anytime (within April 2025)
FIT DOG Walks are $5 per dog- all proceeds go directly to the non-profit
Distance of the walk should be at least 1 mile.
Special needs dogs may walk 30 min with breaks instead. Please consult with your veterinarian if you have any doubts of your dog’s physical limits.
Must submit proof of walk to earn FIT DOG Title points. You can use a smart watch or fitbit, dog GPS collar, smart phone, or other trackable proof. I like using the free app “Wooftrax” to track walking distance.
